Big Creek Greenway

Halcyon is located adjacent to the Big Creek Greenway which is currently accessible via a 1.5-mile trail extension that begins near the intersection of Halcyon Way and Ronald Reagan Parkway. The Big Creek Greenway in Forsyth County is a 12-foot wide concrete and boardwalk path meandering through the deciduous woods along the Big Creek. The trail offers a peaceful setting for walking, jogging, and biking in nature. When future phases are complete, the greenway will span approximately 16 miles in Forsyth County from the Halcyon trailhead to the Sawnee Nature Preserve.
