Retail Sales Associate or Key Holder

We’re looking for a Receptionist to create a positive, lasting impression by providing enthusiastic greetings, warm assistance and genuine farewells. Whether taking reservations or helping a guest feel comfortable while waiting for a treatment, you will play an important role by exceeding customer service expectations and providing a sense of belonging.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous Retail Sales experience or Customer Service experience
• Previous Spa experience strongly desired
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (or similar program)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. overhead and stand for 6 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
